New Jersey-born rocker Jon Bon Jovi has sold his New York City condo for $22 million, according to the Robb Report. The Sayreville native purchased the 4,000-square-foot digs for $18.94 million in 2017. The condo, located at 155 West 11th Street — between the Greenwich Village and West Village — sold just six days after being listed, on Feb. 10, 2022, at asking price. A massive two-building industrial complex in Passaic County has been sold by its original family owners for a whopping $25.5 million, TheRealDeal reports. Toronto-based asset manager Brookfield closed on the deal to purchase Marino Plazas I and II on Kingsland Avenue in Clifton, which comprise a respective 57,000 and 68,000 square feet, the outlet reports citing familiar sources. PA Realtor Accused Of Killing Dad, GF In Surf City Returns To NJ With New Weapons Charges
A real estate agent accused of killing her dad and his girlfriend on the Jersey Shore was hit with new charges upon her extradition from Pennsylvania, authorities said. Sherry Lee Heffernan was initially charged with stabbing her dad, John Enders, and his girlfriend, Francoise Pitoy, to death in his Surf City home earlier this month, Ocean County Prosccutor Bradley D.
