Newark Man Sentenced For Exposing Himself, Attacking Woman In NYC
A Newark man who has been convicted of public lewdness several times was sentenced to 10 years in prison for an assault on a woman last year on a New York subway, the Brooklyn District Attorney's office said last week. A woman who fell asleep on the R train Feb. 23, 2018, awoke and found Reggie Frank, 48, sitting across from her masturbating with his genitals exposed.
