Troopers were looking for three men suspected of stealing jewelry from a vehicle at a New Jersey Turnpike rest stop in Mercer County, authorities said. State police shared three photos of the suspects in a Facebook post on Friday, Oct. 4. Authorities are hoping the public can help them investigate a hit-and-run crash that critically injured a 76-year-old pedestrian in Kearny. They recovered the vehicle believed involved in the crash, which occurred at the intersection of Kearny and Columbia avenues shortly after 7 a.m. Thursday, May 30, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
