Lyndhurst Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Rutherford Mom Pushing Stroller, Slapping Jogger
GOTCHA! The search for a man wanted in Rutherford for grabbing a mom pushing a stroller and whacking a jogger on the butt ended thanks to a truck with no license plates, authorities announced Tuesday. Borough detectives identified Dennis Kwiecinski, 29, by “compiling significant surveillance footage from the surrounding areas, as well as several witness statements,” Police Chief John Russo said. They began by identifying the early-model black Nissan Frontier that witnesses said the attacker had been driving, Russo said. Police found it, then arrested Kwiecinski at his Orient Way home, the…

Jeter, an All-Star shortstop and team captain who spent his entire playing career with the Yankees, is now the chief executive officer of the Miami Marlins -- and doesn't spend too much time up north anymore. It had been on the market …

'Betrayed' Trenton Thunder Owner Calls Yankees 'Despicable'
Trenton Thunder owner Joseph Plumeri called the New York Yankees "despicable" for dumping the Class AA Eastern League team in favor of a new affiliation with the tonier Somerset Patriots. "While this community built the Yankees organization up and set minor league baseball attendance records, it seems the Yankees were only focused on trying to cut culturally diverse Trenton down in favor of a wealthy, higher socioeconomic area in Somerset," Plumeri said Saturday. Daily Voice reported Friday that the Yankee organization was adding the Somerset Patriots and Hudson Valley Renegades while …
