The search for Long Island's Gabby Petito has gone national as police eye her boyfriend as a possible suspect. She and her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, left Long Island in early July for a cross-country trip in her 2012 Ford Transit van. Petito's mom reported her missing to Suffolk County police on Sept. 1, since last hearing from her on Aug. 30. Police in Essex County are seeking the public's help in locating a 31-year-old man. Eric R. Bunyan, of Irvington, was last seen on the 200 block of Camden Street in Newark, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said. He last communicated with his family on Tuesday, June 8. He is described as 5’6” tall, approximately 170 pounds, and last seen wearing orange shorts, a white t-shirt and a blue baseball cap. : Police Seek Clues 9 Years After Discovery Of Missing Teen’s Body In Parsippany
Investigators continue to search for clues nearly a decade after landscapers found the body of a missing teen in Parsippany. The body of Greta Tim was found in an isolated area on Sylvan Way in Parsippany on Thursday, April 12, 2012, according to the Morris County Sheriff’s Office. Tim was originally reported missing from her Irvington home at 38-40 Breakenridge Terr. on August 1, 2008 — when she was just 14, authorities said.
