Paterson's Nouri Cafe Opens After Renovations Renovations are complete after several months at Nouri Cafe in Paterson. The family-owned restaurant opened as Nouri's Family Restaurant in 2012.  The Nouri family has spent the past several months putting a modern spin on its Middle Eastern restaurant, keeping the menu the same but giving a complete renovation to the building.
