A New York City restaurateur is bringing an authentic Israeli restaurant to Essex County. Sagi Ohayon, who was born and raised in Israel, is opening Chutzpah Kitchen in Maplewood this week. Paterson's Nouri Cafe Opens After Renovations
Renovations are complete after several months at Nouri Cafe in Paterson. The family-owned restaurant opened as Nouri's Family Restaurant in 2012. The Nouri family has spent the past several months putting a modern spin on its Middle Eastern restaurant, keeping the menu the same but giving a complete renovation to the building.
