Three Arrested After Bayonne Shooting: Police Two teenagers were arrested after shooting at each other in Bayonne on Saturday, Oct. 21, authorities said. At 5:39 p.m., police responded to 19th Street and Avenue C on a report of shots fired, officers said. Police determined Raquan Harvey, an 18-year-old Bayonne resident and a 17-year-old Flemington resident were shooting at each other, officers said. When police arrested Harvey, they recovered a .45 caliber handgun loaded with hollow point bullets, officers said.
