An additional 14 New Jersey businesses have been barred from practicing for short-changing workers and other violations, bringing the total to 82, according to the state's Labor and Workforce Development Department. Police have identified the two people killed in a Jersey Shore weekend murder-suicide. Carl Schulz, Jr., 52, is believed to have broken into his ex-wife Kimberly Hoffman's apartment on Whitemarsh Court in Little Egg Harbor, early Saturday, July 29, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
