Careless Bus Driver Strikes 13-Year-Old Girl, Father: Police
A 13-year-old girl and her father were hospitalized after being struck by a bus in Rahway on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 10, authorities said. At 8:23 p.m., the two were crossing the intersection when they were struck by the NJ Transit bus, which was turning from Elizabeth Avenue onto West Scott Avenue, Rahway police said. The 13-year-old sustained head pain and a severe leg injury, requiring a tourniquet to address the injury. The father sustained minor abrasions on his body. A 52-year-old New Jersey man was arrested for masturbating in front of and exposing himself to multiple people, including two teenage girls at their lemonade stand, authorities said. Brian J.
