Major Redevelopment Plan For Montclair's Lackawanna Plaza Revealed
The 115-page redevelopment plan for Montclair Township's Lackawanna Plaza has been released, but township officials won't be voting on it until next month. The report was completed by developer David Placek of BDP Holdings, and was presented at the Oct. 25 council meeting. Liquor, $100K Clock Reported Stolen From Montclair's Pig and Prince
A valuable fixture along with $5,000 in alcohol was reported stolen from the recently shuttered Pig and Prince restaurant in Montclair last week, police said. A worker said a clock worth $100,000 had been taken from the restaurant, which is located in Lackawanna Plaza. The theft, which is still under investigation, was reported July 9. You may recognize some of the 40 people that Montclair photographer Phil Cantor captured in his new "Line of Work" series debuting this month at The Gallery at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NJ Properties.
