Suspect In Newark Shooting Sought; Victim Was Unhurt Police in Newark are looking for a 19-year-old city man who they say shot at a woman Friday.  Joshua Barr-Clark quarreled with the woman at Madison Avenue and South 14th Street before opening fire, police said. The woman, who was not injured, knows Clark, police said.  A warrant has been issued for Barr-Clark's arrest on assault and weapons charges.
