Jabar Evans was convicted last October of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, US Attorney Philip Sellinger said. Eric Li misused funds from the homeowner's association for personal gain while he served as board president from 2017 to 2023, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. He was charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking, Suarez said. He was released pending his first court appearance next month, Suarez said.
