Mother, Son Charged In Fatal Union City Car Crash: Prosecutors A 37-year-old mother and her 16-year-old son, both Union City residents, were charged in connection with a fatal collision in Union City that killed a 73-year-old DPW employee on Monday, June 5, authorities said.
