Fugitive Captured After Walking Out Of JC Medical Center: Authorities A fugitive who walked out of Jersey City Medical Center was captured by U.S. Marshals and Port Authority police, authorities said. Shatora Franklin, 27, of Brooklyn was originally seized at the Holland Tunnel on a warrant out of Essex County on April 14 after she skipped a court date following an arrest in late March, law enforcement sources said. Inmate Among Three Charged In Linden Robbery Spree Police believe they have found the people behind two robberies that plagued Linden last winter. The Linden Police Department announced the arrest of Isiah Barrett, a 32-year-old Elizabeth resident, Daron Thomas, a 32-year-old resident of East Orange and Alfred Pierre, a 37-year-old Roselle resident.  The three men were charged with first-degree carjacking and multiple counts of first-degree armed robbery for a robbery of a business last December and an armed robbery and carjacking in January, police said. Masturbating Security Guard Does It Again 10 Days Later, Secaucus Police Say A security guard arrested for masturbating in front of a co-worker did it again 10 days later, authorities said. Rideef Scruggs, 36, of East Orange, touched himself sexually in front of a coworker while working at 1000 Riverside Station Boulevard, and charged March 7 with lewdness and criminal sexual contact, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said. Scruggs did the exact same thing about 10 days later, and was slapped with the same charges on March 17, Miller said. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
