A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a van last week, after passing drivers moved his body to the side of Route 7, authorities said. NJ 'Werewolf' Killer To Be Released From VA Mental Institution
A New Jersey man who thought he was killing a werewolf when he attacked an Alexandria store manager is set to be released from a mental institution soon, a report says. Pankaj Bhasin, 37, killed Bradford Jackson, a stranger to him, in 2018.
