Jersey City Officer Fired For Hitting Jogger Hopes To Be Reinstated, Lawyer Says
Supporters are rallying for a Jersey City police officer who they say was unfairly fired for hitting a jogger while responding to an emergency in February 2022. A GoFundMe for officer Edwin Hernandez says he is suffering "extreme punishment" as a result of his termination.
