Man With Dementia Missing In Belleville: Police A 72-year-old man diagnosed with dementia has been missing in Belleville since Sunday, Oct. 6, authorities said. Oscar was last seen in the area of St. Peters Church on William Street wearing a white jacket with red, yellow and blue stripes, blue jeans and blue sneakers, Belleville police said. He has also been diagnosed with asthma and diabetes, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact Belleville Police at 973-450-3334.

Felisima Alvarez was last seen at noon heading northbound on North 7th Street toward 6th Avenue, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said. Alvarez has been diagnosed with diabetes and memory loss, Fragé said. She speaks only Spanish, Fragé said.
