The man pictured above was caught on surveillance footage taking a handgun from its unsecured case in a camper on the 400 block of Wilson Avenue around 12:15 p.m. on June 6, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. The officer was patrolling 12th Avenue and South 9th Street when he approached a suspicious grey Honda CRV occupied by two men around 9 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F.
