Lyft Offering Free Rides To Cooling Centers In Newark, Other Cities
Ride-share company Lyft is offering free transportation to cooling centers in a number of cities through Sunday during a weekend heat wave when temperatures may hit 100 degrees or more combined with high humidity. In New Jersey, anyone wishing to access the free rides can use code NJCOOL19.
