Marijuana Plants Found At Nutley Home, Two Siblings Charged: Police Officers found nearly a dozen marijuana plants at a home on Valley Road in Nutley Wednesday, police said.  Police executing a search warrant also allegedly found drug paraphernalia and arrested two of the home's occupants, Bryan Kainey, 32, and his sister Mallory Kainey, 34.  Mallory Kainey was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of paraphernalia and failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance to law enforcement.
