Dump Truck Overturns On NJ Turnpike
A dump truck overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike Thursday afternoon, July 27, according to 511nj.org. The truck overturned on the inner and outer roadways on the Turnpike northbound near Interchange13A, the exit near Newark Liberty International Airport and Elizabeth at about 1:30 p.m., 511nj.org said. The accident caused two lanes to be blocked.

A fire on a car carrier blocked traffic on Interstate 80, authorities said. The fire occurred at about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, April 5 on I-80 eastbound West of Exit 56 (Squirrelwood Road) in Totowa, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Overturned Tractor-Trailer Spills Fluid, Causes Delays On Route 24
A tractor-trailer overturned and caused a large fluid spill on Route 24 Wednesday afternoon, initial reports say. The truck overturned on the eastbound ramp that leads to Route 78 west in Springfield Township shortly before 1:20 p.m., according to 511nj.org. The County Hazardous Materials Unit responded to the scene to clear a large fluid spill, according to initial and unconfirmed reports. Overturned Tractor Trailer Spills Garbage Across Route 80 Entrance Ramp In Parsippany
Traffic was backed up along Route 80 in Parsippany Tuesday evening after a tractor trailer toppled over, spilling garbage across the entrance ramp from Route 287. Delays of 15-20 minutes were reported by 511nj.org as of 5:30 p.m. The truck overturned around 4 p.m. at exit 41, state police said. The ramp and two right lanes of Route 80 westbound were closed following the crash, 511nj.org reports. State police urged commuters to seek alternate routes.
