Joshua Barr-Clark quarreled with the woman at Madison Avenue and South 14th Street before opening fire, police said. The woman, who was not injured, knows Clark, police said.
A warrant has been issued for Barr-Clark's arrest on assault and weapons charges. He is described as 6', 185 lbs. with a medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
