Four victims — three men and a woman — were transported to local hospitals for treatment after being shot on Willoughby Street near Forest Place, the night of May 30, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said in a release.
Fatim Wingate, pictured above, is wanted for questioning.
