Jaheem Fulmore was arrested at his home and be being held at the Essex County jail. An investigation is underway to identify others who took part in the rash of carjackings Oct. 13 to Oct 16.
“Our detectives followed leads to Brooklyn, where they positively identified the suspect,” Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose said. “With the help of the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI, we were able to obtain search warrants and arrest warrants.”
