He is described as having a medium complexion and was wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt with a white and blue logo on the front, authorities said.
Another male suspect was involved in a car theft on the 100 block of Summer Avenue Sunday, October 13, authorities said.
He is described as having a medium complexion and was wearing a fluorescent yellow safety shirt with blue pants and white shoes, police said.
