A 7-month old cockapoo is recovering after it was found chained to a guardrail on Route 280 in Roseland on Monday, Jan. 20, authorities said. A 49-year-old Cliffwood man was found floating in the Hackensack River on Tuesday, Jan. 28, authorities said. At 4:30 p.m., the Jersey City Police Department was notified of a body floating underneath the Pulaski Skyway and Bryan Linington was found floating in the water, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
