At 11:47 p.m., Raquan Hicks was traveling east on Route 78 in Union Township when his Harley-Davidson veered off the roadway to the left, reentered the road and overturned, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
During the crash, Hicks was ejected and struck the guardrail and sustained fatal injuries, Lebron said.
The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
