The man charged in an attack on a Bergen County rabbi nearly a year ago has been arrested again after repeatedly returning to a Ridgefield Park home and allegedly sending threatening calls and texts, authorities said.
Jeffrey Zicchinella, 41, of Ridgefield Park, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 27, and committed to the Bergen County Jail, according to police and jail records.

Three family members were hospitalized after being attacked by their dog in Central Jersey, authorities said.
Sayreville police received a 911 distress call at 7:22 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, from a man who said his girlfriend, mother, and stepfather were being attacked by the dog, Middlesex County Prosecutor Linda Estremera said.
