Man, 63, Fondles Girls' Breasts In Bergen County: Prosecutor
A 63-year-old Hudson County man is behind bars after authorities say he fondled a girl's breasts in Bergen County last month, authorities said.
Victor A. Fujimoto Diaz, of Kearny, was arrested in North Arlington on Wednesday, Sept. 2, following an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and North Arlington police, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Car Strikes Guardrail, Travels Down Embankment: Njsp
A car struck a guardrail and traveled down an embankment in Warren County, Thursday morning, Sept. 3.
At 12:39 a.m., a Honda SUV was traveling on Willow Grove Road in Franklin Township, when the driver lost directional control of the vehicle, traveled off the road to the right, struck the right guardrail, traveled down an embankment and into a river, Christopher Postorino, a spokesperson for the New Jersey State Police said.
No injuries were reported, Postorino said. The crash remains under investigation, Postorino said.

A Pennsylvania trucker transporting horses for slaughter in Canada has been arrested in New York, police said.
Robert M. Seitz, of Lewistown, PA, was pulled over around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2 on U.S. Route 11 south of De Kalb, NY, according to state police. Inside his trailer, troopers found multiple horses “tagged for transport to Canada for slaughter,” investigators said.

A 53-year-old former Toms River resident was indicted on charges he forced non-consensual sexual contact upon employees he supervised and colleagues, authorities announced Thursday, Sept. 3.
