Ex-Con Accused Of Domestic Violence Caught With Loaded Gun In Atlantic City, Police Say An ex-convict from Atlantic City was accused of assaulting his girlfriend and running away from police with a loaded gun, authorities said. Devin Brown, 23, was facing eight charges in the case, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. He has a prior conviction and was released from state prison earlier in 2024. Atlantic City License Plate Readers Help Catch Stolen Vehicle Driver, Wanted Man: Police Atlantic City police were crediting automated license plate readers for helping arrest two men with a gun and a stolen vehicle, authorities said. Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. Investigators said Ringgold was driving a vehicle on Atlantic Avenue at around 5:15 p.m. when his license plate was read, triggering an alert. Ringgold had several active arrest warrants. Bridgeton Man Stabbed With Folding Knife During Fight In Atlantic City, Police Say An Atlantic City man was accused of stabbing a Cumberland County man with a folding knife, authorities said. Rashaun Williams-Brooks, 39, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 13, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to a report of a man stabbed on the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue at around 9:54 p.m. The suspect and victim had left the area by the time police arrived. Officers found the victim bleeding heavily from stab wounds about two blocks from the scene. The victim was brought to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Atlantic City Division. …

Brandon Keyser, 31, of Topping, VA, was arrested on Thursday, May 23, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. He was charged with theft. Officers responded to a stolen vehicle report on North Morris Avenue at around 4:53 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22. Police found the car several hours later on the 2600 block of Atlantic Avenue.
