Expectant Father Killed In Keansburg Shooting Mourned
Paco Moore, 28, was about to be a father for a second time when he was fatally shot in Keansburg on Monday, July 20. Moore is survived by his fiancée Julia Emerson, their 16-month old daughter, with a second child on the way. At 8:56 p.m., Keansburg police responded to the 40 block of Carr Avenue and discovered Moore suffering from a gunshot wound, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said.
