Shiela Harvey opened an account at OceanFirst Bank and deposited four bad checks, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. She deposited the checks from a nonexistent JP Morgan bank account, Billhimer said. Harvey then withdrew $4,500 from the account on two separate occasions, despite not being lawfully entitled to those funds, Billhimer said.
