Police ID Scooter Rider, 18, Killed In Paterson Crash Authorities have identified the 18-year-old man killed riding a scooter in Paterson Wednesday night, Oct. 2. Angelvl Javier-Reynos was riding with another 18-year-old city resident when they were struck by a Jeep Grand Cherokee just before 8 p.m. at 9th and Madison avenues, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In-Charge Isa Abbassi said.
