Tractor-Trailer Flips On New Jersey Turnpike
A tractor-trailer overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. The crash occurred at about noon on Wednesday, March 27 at the entrance from Route 18 to Interchange 9 in East Brunswick, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Based on a preliminary investigation, a Freightliner tractor-trailer was traveling west towards the tolls, according to New Jersey State Police. The driver lost directional control and subsequently overturned, State Police said. The driver sustained minor injuries, police said.

A Delaware man was accused of driving drunk, speeding, and ignoring a red light in a crash that killed a woman in Atlantic County, authorities said. A 68-year-old man from Monroe Township was killed in a one-car crash on Route 130 last week, authorities said. Mitchell G. Rolins was driving a Subaru Crosstek south near the Cranbury Circle at about 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12 when his SUV overturned several times and struck a utility pole, Cranbury Police Chief Michael J. A teenage girl was airlifted to the hospital in a single-car crash in Franklin Township Friday, March 15, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 6 a.m. Thursday, March 14 southbound near milepost 62 in Eagleswood Township, according to New Jersey State Police. Yet another lawsuit has been filed in the double-fatal Megabus crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Woodbridge in 2022, according to court records.
