Jersey Shore Driver, 17, Airlifted In Crash With Tow Truck
A 17-year-old girl had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital after a crash with a tow truck on Friday, Oct. 4 in Ocean County, authorities said. At 5:54 p.m., officers in Berkeley Township responded to Veterans Boulevard and Eastern Boulevard and discovered the 17-year-old's red PT cruiser was struck by an Accurate Towing flatbed truck, Berkeley Township police said. The girl unsafely entered the intersection, which was controlled by the intersection, before she was struck by the tow truck, police said. Wildwood Woman, 75, Killed In Early Morning Garden State Parkway Crash: Troopers
A Wildwood woman died after an early morning crash on the Garden State Parkway in Port Republic, authorities said. Audrey McCash, 75, was killed in the crash on Saturday, Sept. 28, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the wreck near milepost 46.6 on the southbound side of the parkway at around 12:26 a.m. Investigators said a Subaru Outback went off the parkway and struck several trees. McCash was rushed to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. The 76-year-old Wildwood man who drove the SUV was injured in the crash. He was expected to survive his injuries. …

South Jersey Woman Standing On Road At Night Dies In Crash, Police Say
A Manchester Township woman was killed while standing on a road late at night, authorities said. Catherine Camargo, 37, died in the crash on Wednesday, Sept. 18, the Manchester Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the scene on Route 70 near Wilbur Avenue at around 10:41 p.m. When police arrived, they found Camargo lying in the road and a blue 2016 Hyundai Accent with extensive front passenger-side damage. Police have identified the 47-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash on Sunday, Sept. 15 in Somerset County. Belle Mead's Kevin Duwane Williams was hospitalized after the crash on South Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Manville around 5:30 p.m., Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald previously said.
