Three Philadelphia men were indicted after two women were shot in the head in Atlantic City, including one who died, authorities said.
A grand jury indicted 34-year-old Gregg Page for murder, attempted murder, and several weapons charges on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Two brothers, 30-year-old Ryan Schenck and 27-year-old Ramir Schenck, were also indicted for hindering apprehension.

Philadelphia police have released the mugshots of the man accused of killing a New Jersey actress and the two brothers charged with hindering apprehension in the case.
Gregg Page, 34, has been charged with murder in the Atlantic City slaying of 32-year-old Carley Elbert, an actress from Sewell, on Thursday, Aug. 1.
Page also is also charged with attempted murder for shooting a 29-year-old Pleasantville woman, who survived, at the same time as Elbert, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said (scroll for mugshots).

'Coming To Rape Your Family': NJ Man Admits Texting Racist Threats To Black MD Woman
A New Jersey man admitted that he sent racist texts to a Maryland woman threatening to hurt her and her family, federal authorities said.
"I know where you live now, I'm coming to rape your family," Michael Marotta, 26, of Sewell (Gloucester County) texted the woman using an anonymizing messaging service, they said.
Marotta "used racial epithets" in the texts, which included "eat my bullets," according to an FBI complaint.

Report: GNC Closes Additional 40 New Jersey Stores
After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in June, GNC has announced closures of an additional 40 stores.
The nutritional supplement company had originally planned on closing just 10 stores.
