These NJ Chefs Are James Beard Award Semifinalists
The semifinalists for the Restaurant and Chef James Beard Awards have officially been announced — and three of them can be found right here in the Garden State.
First awarded in 1991, the James Beard Foundation’s Restaurant and Chef Awards comprise 23 culinary categories. One New Jersey chef was recognized in the ‘Outstanding Chef’ category, while two others were recognized in the ‘Best Chef’ for the entire mid-Atlantic category of DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, and VA.

NJ Beach Named Among 25 Best In America

NJ Increases Limit On Indoor Dining, Gyms, Salons To 50 Percent
New Jersey businesses will soon be able to accommodate even more patrons inside.
Gov. Phil Murphy announced Wednesday that the limit on indoor gatherings will increase to 50 percent effective March 19.
The order pertains to restaurants, fitness clubs and gyms, recreation and amusement facilities, barber shops, salons and other personal care businesses.
The indoor capacity limit was set at 35 percent for the past five weeks.

Indoor Dance, Gymnastics, Martial Arts Facilities Can Reopen In NJ -- Still Not Fitness Centers
Indoor youth sports facilities, dance and music studios, gymnastics gyms and martial arts studios were allowed to reopen Thursday, state officials said.
