Police Investigate Crash In Middletown Middletown police were investigating a crash, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 13 at Main Street and Grace Avenue, Middletown police said. One driver had a complaint of pain and refused transport to a medical facility.  The other driver and her two children sustained minor injuries and were transported to Hackensack Meridian Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank for treatment, police said. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, police said.
