The winner was sold at Quick Stop inside the 7-Eleven on West Bay Avenue in Barnegat, the New Jersey Lottery said in a news release. The ticket was in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, Nov. 9. The winning numbers were 11, 24, 50, 56, 66. The Powerball was 16. Maurice R. Sanders, of Bridgewater, was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft and two counts of criminal mischief, Middlesex Borough police said.
