Atlantic City Teenagers Arrested In Stolen Car With Loaded Gun, Heroin A pair of teenagers from South Jersey was arrested in a stolen car with a loaded handgun and 80 bags of heroin, authorities said.  At 10:34 p.m. on Monday, Atlantic City Detectives Anthony Abrams and Nicholas Berardis stopped a car in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue after recognizing a 16-year-old driver who did not have a valid license. Atlantic City Police Arrest Pair For Dealing Heroin, Cocaine Two Atlantic City men have been arrested on various drug dealing charges after a targeted downtown crackdown, authorities said. Special Investigation Section detectives arrested two men in separate incidents, acting on complaints from residents.
