Pedestrian Struck By Car, Airlifted To Jersey Shore University Medical Center
Firefighters, police and EMTs were called to a report of a pedestrian struck by a car in Ocean County, authorities said. First responders were called to Route 37 and Coolidge Avenue in Toms River about 9 p.m. on Tuesday. Prosecutor: Little Egg Harbor Man, 26, Charged With 'Assault By Auto' After High-Speed Crash
A 26-year-old driver from Little Egg Harbor has been charged in connection with a head-on, three-car crash in late July, authorities said. Two people riding a motorcycle were seriously hurt and hospitalized after their Kawasaki collided with an SUV on the Garden State Parkway, authorities said.
