NJ Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting Toddler, Faces Life In Prison A Cumberland County jury has found a 53-year-old man guilty on multiple charges for sexually abusing a 2-year-old child, prosecutors announced Wednesday, Feb. 19. Jorge Deleon Diaz, a former Vineland resident, was convicted on four counts following a trial that began with jury selection on Feb. 4, 2025, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. Prosecutors presented eyewitness testimony, DNA evidence, and statements made by Diaz to prove he sexually assaulted the victim on July 25, 2023.
