The federal immigrant detention center in Elizabeth may be closing as the building's owner is moving to end a lease with the company that has housed ICE detainees at the site for decades. Maryland police on Monday found the body of Maeve Kennedy Townsend McKean, the 40-year-old granddaughter of Robert F. Kennedy, who’d gone missing with her 8-year-old son in Chesapeake Bay late last week.
