Two Ocean County men were arrested for lighting a fire in a women's restroom and spray-painting swastikas around a public park, authorities said. Alexander Gerber, 19, and Connor Dougherty, 20, both of Lacey Township, are facing arson charges for the fire in the women's restroom in Gille Park on Nov. 21, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. A dump truck overturned on the Garden State Parkway, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 12:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17 northbound at Exit 105 in Tinton Falls, according to the New Jersey State Police. Preliminary investigation revealed a Kenworth dump truck, Audi and Chevy pickup were traveling northbound. The Kenworth overturned and collided with the Audi and Chevy. No serious injuries were reported, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation.

A 15-year-old boy died after being struck by two SUVs while riding his bike in Cape May County, State Police said.
