She was 35. Freeman grew up in Brick Township, went to Brookdale Community College, and later moved to Tinton Falls, where she lived at the time of her death, according to her social media page. Ashley Watkins, of  Eatontown, was indicted for vehicular homicide, strict liability vehicular homicide and assault by auto, they said.  The fatal crash occurred on May 9, 2021, in Brick Township, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
