Florida Hoxha grew up in the Bronx and was a senior attorney at the New York Legal Assistance Group, according to ABC News. Her husband, Ian Alexander Kirkpatrick, was from Huntington and attended Huntington High School from 2003 to 2007, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Arnold Allan Capalbo, of West Milford, was arrested Friday, Sept. 25, following an investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and West Milford Police Chief Shannon Sommerville said.
