'Devastating' Fire Rips Through Central Jersey Seafood Restaurant Five Months After Opening A Middletown seafood restaurant suffered a "devastating" fire on Memorial Day, less than six months after it opened. Sirens Seafood posted on Facebook that the fire ripped through the building on Route 36 on Monday, May 27. The restaurant in the Leonardo section of Middletown was closed and no one was injured.
