Crash At South Jersey Intersection Sends Two Men To Hospital, Police Say Two men were hospitalized when a car and an SUV crashed in Medford, authorities said. Emergency crews responded to the crash near the intersection of Route 70 and Medford-Mt. Holly Road (Burlington County Route 541) at around 8:24 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the Medford Township Police Department said in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 26. Investigators said a black 2025 Honda Civic was traveling east on Route 70 and a black 2014 Land Rover was heading west on Route 70. Driver, 62, Killed Negotiating Curve On Garden State Parkway Exit Ramp: Police A 62-year-old driver was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Atlantic County this weekend, authorities said. Troy E. Thompson, of Brick Township, was heading south in a Hyundai Tucson when he veered off the roadway to the left while negotiating a curve exiting via the 38A exit ramp Saturday morning, Sept. 21 around 9:30 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. The vehicle overturned and Thompson died. The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.
