A Villas man died and a woman was critically injured when their motorcycle crashed into an SUV in Middle Township, authorities said. Robert Pfaff III, 40, was killed in the crash on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the Middle Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the wreck on Route 47 near Bayway Marina in the Goshen section of the township at around 3:15 p.m. Investigators said a white Subaru was heading north on Route 47 when it tried to make a left turn into the marina's parking lot. A vehicle crashed and overturned on the Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County, officials said. The crash happened in the parkway's southbound express lanes at around 11:08 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, the state Department of Transportation said. An NJDOT camera showed a blue SUV on its driver's side in the parkway's median. State troopers and firefighters responded to the scene. Two men were hospitalized when a car and an SUV crashed in Medford, authorities said. Emergency crews responded to the crash near the intersection of Route 70 and Medford-Mt. Holly Road (Burlington County Route 541) at around 8:24 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the Medford Township Police Department said in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 26. A Hainesport man was killed when he was hit by a tractor-trailer after his motorcycle crashed into an SUV, authorities said. Johnny Epperson Jr., 67, died in the crash on Route 206 North in Southampton Township on Sunday, Sept. 15, a state police spokesperson said. Laura Wildner, 23, died in the crash on Friday, Sept. 13, a state police spokesperson said. Driver Airlifted After Crashing SUV Into New Egypt Home On Labor Day, Police Say
A driver was airlifted after crashing into a home in New Egypt on Labor Day, authorities said. Plumsted police, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the crash at the intersection of Brindletown Road and Front Street early in the evening on Monday, Sept. 2, the township said in a Facebook post. The driver was the only person in the SUV and was taken by helicopter to a hospital. No one was in the home during the crash.
