Officers were called to the residence in the 1500 block of Foulkrod Street around 12:16 p.m., according to Philadelphia police. Medics pronounced the person dead at 12:39 p.m. Police secured the scene as investigators worked to determine the person’s identity and how they died. No additional details were immediately released. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
